  • All Shrungar Jewellery comes with Returns & Exchange guarantee programme. Our all the products goes from Quality Control team before being delivered to you. As all the products are handcrafted; they remains differ from each other and remains unique.
  • All Shrungar Jewellery purchased from official Shrungar Jewellers’ website is viable for official exchange programme.
  • We provide refunds of 100% money back on our Jewellery’s paid value within 45 days of receipt of items.
  • After 45 days you could get refund of 75% money back on our jewellery’s paid value within 1 year of receipt.
  • Customers will be given refund only to official account from which the payment was made while placing the order. In such circumstance of change of bank account or change of name kindly write to us or contact us.
  • Customers need to contact us within mentioned time or need to write to us on returns@shrungar.co. Once we will receive your request for returns you shall be asked to provide existing photographs of the product with different angles.
  • Refunds will be made after receiving product to our Head Office and after getting clearance from Quality control team.
  • Customers need to keep invoice copy as long as you owe our products for this policy. As all the returns must be accompanied with the original invoice only
  • Customer will have to bear logistics cost with taking insurance of jewellery parcel while sending it back to our head office for the same. Company representative will remain in touch with you till all the process gets finished up.
  • This policy is just for online sales made on Shrungar Jeweller’s website. This policy is not applicable for any offline sale or exhibitions or store sales.
