- For availing use of this policy customer need to contact us or write us to our head office with photographs of image. You may be asked to produce invoice for the same.
- Customer will have to bear logistics cost with taking insurance of jewellery parcel while sending it back to our head office for the same. Company representative will remain in touch while doing repairs and will provide you tracking number while delivering you back your jewellery with tracking number.
